Skin Rocks App Birthday Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Skin Rocks Ltd (company no. 11155429) whose registered office is at 5 St Mary Abbots Place, London W8 6LS.
1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
2. Employees of Skin Rocks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. To enter, participants must, in no particular order:
- Download the Skin Rocks app and create an account.
- Sign up for the competition mailing list via the Skin Rocks app competition landing page.
4. These actions can be completed in any particular order, but both must be completed for valid entry.
5. The email address used to register for the mailing list and create an account on the Skin Rocks app must correspond identically.
6. By entering, participants agree to the use of their information for the purposes of administering the competition and for promotional purposes by Skin Rocks.
7. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Skin Rocks Privacy Policy at https://skinrocks.com/pages/privacy-policy.
9. All entries must be submitted via the Skin Rocks competition landing page.
10. The opening date for entries is 08:00 GMT on 22nd July 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59 GMT on 19th August 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted owing to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, or network or server failure of any kind.
8. Each participant is eligible for only one entry per prize for a total of 4 prizes. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
12. 4 prizes will be awarded to 4 different winners over the course of 4 weeks. Each week, one winner will be announced.

- If you already have a premium account, your account will be changed to the lifetime offering, but no refund will be given for any previous charges.
- A lifetime subscription will be applied to the Skin Rocks app account associated with entry to this competition.
- A lifetime subscription is valid for up to 200 years and is non-transferable.
- 1 on 1 consultation with a qualified Skin Rocks expert, held either virtually or in London.

14. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize for another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. Each winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
16. Winners will be announced once a week for 4 weeks. Winners will receive a notification via the app, and further contact will be made via the email provided during the signup process.
17. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
18. Prizes will be sent within 4 weeks of contact. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
19. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
20. The prizes are supplied by the promoter subject to the winner supplying a valid address for delivery.
21. The winner's prizes will be shipped via our chosen carrier, we are not responsible for the prize once dispatched and if shipping internationally, will not be responsible for any duties incurred.
22. The competition is open internationally; however, shipping restrictions apply to the following countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, China, Japan, Indonesia, and Korea. Participants from these countries may be subject to additional shipping fees or may not be eligible for certain physical prizes.
23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
24. Skin Rocks reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
25. The prize draw will be governed by English law. Entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
26. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
