Terms and Conditions

    1. The promoter is: Skin Rocks Ltd (company no. 11155429) whose registered office is at 5 St Mary Abbots Place, London W8 6LS.
    2. The competition is open to shipping addresses around the world excluding Canada. 
    3. Entry into this raffle is free via Skin Rocks (@skinrocks) and Ultra Violette (@ultraviolette) Instagram accounts.
    4. 1 entry per person is permitted.
    5. Closing date for entry will be 8AM BST Sunday 1st October. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted. 
    6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    7. The winner’s prizes will be shipped via our chosen carrier, we are not responsible for the prize once dispatched and if shipping internationally, will not be responsible for any duties incurred.

  2. Skin Rocks reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  3. Skin Rocks is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  4. Entrants must be 18+.
  5. Winner will be selected based on meeting the above rules of the competition stated.
  6. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
  7.  Winners will be chosen at random. 
  8. The winners will be notified via Instagram within 7 days of the competition ending. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  9. Skin Rocks’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 
  11. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
