Terms and Conditions 

  1. From the 15th December 2023 8am BST until Monday 18th December 8am BST each Skin Rocks skincare order will have free worldwide shipping. UK express shipping option is not included as part of this offer.
  2. This offer applies to purchases of Skin Rocks brand skincare and merchandise.
  3. Qualifying products are Retinoid 1, Retinoid 1 Refill, Retinoid 2, Retinoid 2 Refill, Retinoid 1 Duo, Retinoid 2 Duo, The Moisturiser, The Moisturiser Fragrance Free, The Cream Cleanser, The Cream Cleanser Fragrance Free, Clean Your Dirty Face Bag, The Support Oil, Skincare is Not Merch Tote, The Flannel, The Flannel 3 pack, The Rich Moisturiser and The Rich Moisturiser Fragrance Free.
  4. Free shipping costs are applicable to orders with a spend threshold of £50/$75/€75 or more.
  5. The shipping costs updates will automatically apply at checkout. If this does not happen then please contact our Customer Service Team. Skin Rocks are not able to refund shipping costs to an order that has already been completed.
  6. Customers will still be liable for any country specific taxes and duties as part of their Skin Rocks order.
  7. Skin Rocks reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
  8. The promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 
  9. Only 1 offer is valid per transaction. Codes and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
  10. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.  
  11. Making a qualifiable purchase will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. Skin Rocks cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered ahead of the 25th of December 2023. This is dependant on individual global delivery carriers.
