How does Refer a Friend work? 

Share your unique referral link with friends and family via email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. When your friend places their first qualifying order using their referral code, they'll receive £10 off and you'll earn 1,000 loyalty points (equivalent to £10).

How do I refer someone? 

Simply log in to your account and access the Refer a Friend programme. You can share your unique referral link through email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or by copying and sending the link directly.

Can I refer more than one person? 

Yes. You can share your unique referral link as many times as you'd like with different friends and family members.

What does my friend receive? 

Your friend will receive £10 off their first order when they spend £50 or more and use their unique referral code at checkout.

How does my friend redeem their £10 discount? 

When your friend clicks your referral link, they'll be taken to the website where they'll be shown their unique referral code. They must copy this code and enter it at checkout to receive £10 off their first order.

Does my friend need to spend a minimum amount? 

Yes. The friend's first order must be £50 or more (after any applicable discounts) to qualify for the £10 discount.

If your friend's first order is less than £50, they won't be able to use the £10 referral discount. As the offer is only valid on their first order, it cannot be applied to a future order.
