Christmas Delivery Deadlines

UK DELIVERY
  • UK Next Day Delivery: 23rd December before 2pm GMT.
  • Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery: 19th December before 2pm GMT.
IRISH DELIVERY
  • Ireland Express: 15th December before 2pm GMT.
EUROPE DELIVERY
  • Europe Express: 15th December before 2pm
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
  • International Express: 15th December before 2pm GMT.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
  • International Express 3-5 days: 15th December before 2pm GMT.

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be shipped on the same day.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. 

During especially busy periods, we may remove the UK Express shipping option.

Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of Skin Rocks’ control. 

Orders are sent with a tracking link and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.

Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.

IRISH DELIVERY

Free Irish shipping on all orders over €100 (excl. tax). 

  • Ireland Express 1-2 days: €10 
EUROPE DELIVERY

Free Europe shipping on all orders over €150 (excl. tax).  

  • Europe Express 3-5 days: €10 
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Free Australia and New Zealand shipping on all orders over AUD $250 (excl. tax).  

  • International Express 3-5 days: AUD $25
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Free International shipping on all orders over USD $150 (excl. tax).  

  • International Express 3-5 days: USD $15

Important Notice for US Customers:
Due to recent changes in US import regulations, your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival, depending on your total order value. These charges are assessed by US Customs and are not included in the price you pay at checkout with us.
You will be responsible for any import fees incurred at delivery.
If you have any questions about potential charges, we recommend checking with the US Customs and Border Protection website before completing your purchase.

Please note Gift Cards do not apply toward the minimum purchase required for free shipping.

VAT & Duties

Tax rules vary from country to country; the price shown is dependent on the country you are ordering from. For EU orders equal to or under €150 (excluding VAT), tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website. 

If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment. 

If you can’t track your delivery don’t worry, links may not become active until your order is in transit.
