EU Orders
For EU orders equal to or under €150 (excluding VAT), tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website.
If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control.
US Orders
All orders to the US are now shipped via a DDP service, with duties and taxes collected at checkout. The duties and fees cost is calculated based on the items in your cart and will be added to the subtotal at checkout. You will be able to see the breakdown of shipping, duties and fees in the order summary. This means you know exactly how much you're paying and you will not be charged any fees upon arrival into the US.
Other International Orders
For orders outside of the EU and the US, local taxes, duties or charges may apply when your parcel reaches its destination country. Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of Skin Rocks’ control.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment.
If you can’t track your delivery don’t worry, links may not become active until your order is in transit.
