Skin Rocks App Update
We want to share an important update about the Skin Rocks app with you.
After much careful consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the Skin Rocks app. This isn’t something we’ve taken lightly, and we know it may come as disappointing news.
We are incredibly proud of the app and the wealth of information and education it has provided since its launch. However, as Skin Rocks continues to scale its product and professional services, we simply cannot maintain the high standards of output that we set for ourselves and our valued subscribers.
To ensure you continue to enjoy educational, honest and expert-led content and a seamless experience we’ve chosen instead to host our extensive library of app content on the Skin Rocks Blog. The app will cease to operate on the 8th of August 2026. From this date, we will begin migrating selected articles to their new home. As more content is reviewed and transferred, you will gradually gain access to both the archive of app articles and a stream of fresh new content.
If your subscription is due for renewal anytime between the 8th of July and the 8th of August 2026, we recommend cancelling any future renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings to avoid being charged. You will still have access up until your renewal date or the 6th of August; whichever comes first.
If you have a subscription, we’re so sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this change may cause. We completely understand that you may have questions about your subscription or wish to explore whether a refund is possible. Because all purchases and payments are managed externally through your chosen app store, either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We’d kindly recommend contacting your app store directly, as they’ll be best placed to review your refund request and guide you through the available next steps.
