The holiday season is here – which means that yes, the clock is officially ticking for shipping! Here’s your handy Skin Rocks cheat sheet for ensuring your presents arrive in time for you to spread some skincare joy.

DPD UK Next Day: You’ve got until 2PM GMT on 23rd December to place your orders for a next-day Christmas miracle.

Royal Mail UK: Ready to tick off your to-do list early? The cut-off is 2PM GMT on 19th December.

DHL International: Don’t leave the international shipping to Santa. Make sure your orders are in by2PM GMT on 13th December to guarantee delivery before the big day.

Order Fulfilment

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. 

During especially busy periods, we may remove the UK Express shipping option.

Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of Skin Rocks’ control. 

Orders are sent with a tracking link and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location. 

Standard - UK only

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days of being placed and will be delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked service.

UK DELIVERY

Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. 

UK Standard 3-5 day:  £4  

UK Express 1-2 days: £5 - Please note orders placed after 1pm Friday, will not despatch until Monday (Tuesday if a UK Bank Holiday).

EUROPE DELIVERY

Free Europe shipping on all orders over €150 (excl. tax).  

Europe Express 3-5 day: €10 

Free Irish shipping on all orders over €100 (excl. tax). 

Ireland Express 1-2 day: €10 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Free International shipping on all orders over $150 (excl. tax).  

International Express 3-5 day: $15  

VAT & Duties

Tax rules vary from country to country; the price shown is dependent on the country you are ordering from. For EU orders equal to or under €150 (excluding VAT), tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website. 

If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment. 

If you can’t track your delivery don’t worry, links may not become active until your order is in transit.
