Skin Rocks had to happen.
Our founder has a lifetime of skincare knowledge, and she's not going to let it go to waste.
So, she shares it.
Skin Rocks is an edit and a shortcut, an education and a guide, a community and a movement. We are also a natural extension of Caroline’s personal brand. She’s started a movement, and Skin Rocks puts a name to it.
People benefit from her honesty and insight, and they want products that cut straight to the result.
That’s where Skin Rocks comes in. We bring you posts, articles, guidelines, how-tos and events. We bring you everything you need to get your skin into its happy place.
Skin Rocks makes skincare make sense
It’s all about empowering people to look after their skin. It’s an education.
Caroline knows the beauty industry like the back of her hand. And she has access to the scientists, formulators, brand owners and clinicians that make the most effective products on the market. They are with her on the fact that, if you minus the mystery and boost the understanding, people will have better skin. Knowledge is power, after all.
Truth is a responsibility
And that’s what Skin Rocks is all about.
We’ll only recommend what’s right for your skin type. We’ll make sure we explain everything clearly. We’ll tell you when you don’t need something. And we’ll never promise that a product will do something it doesn’t do.
You may have heard of Caroline. She’s known as 'the most influential woman in beauty.'
She’s spent 25 years in beauty. It’s safe to say she knows a thing or two about skin.
Her book, Skincare, is the UK’s bestselling beauty book of all time and it won the British Book Awards Non-Fiction Lifestyle Book of the Year 2021.
Caroline believes the future of beauty relies on science and education. Through Skin Rocks, she wants to dispel ingredient myths, clarify what products do and don’t do, and generally empower people to become experts in looking after their skin.

Skin Rocks is a movement.
We are here to share science so that people understand why skin rocks and how to make theirs look and feel its best.
We do everything we can to minimise our negative impact on the planet. We use recycled and recyclable materials for our packaging wherever possible. And we monitor everything we do to see if there’s a better way to do it next time. We’re also hot on looking for ways to give back and the bigger we get, the more we’ll do.
