It's been well over six weeks since my last Instagram blog post so I thought I would add a little general update to this post.
Going forward I'm aiming for a review a day Monday - Friday and an Instagram update and Giveaway at the weekend. That's at a basic level - everything else - including news and cheat sheets etc, will be on top of that. That's the aim. I'm trying, but do cut me some slack when life gets in the way. ;)
In the meantime let's all rejoice in the news that Sephora - the Holy Land - is coming to the UK.
No dates yet, if I hear I'll share. Start saving. Onto some routines...! I'm highlighting some key products, not everything in the pictures.
Omorovicza's Thermal Cleansing Balm has come into play again recently. Love it, but it's not cheap. I use sporadically and only on skin, not to remove makeup.
NeoStrata Pads are fab and have been on here.
The Indie Lee CoQ10 Toner is an unexpected delight - hydrating and softening. Love it. Will review. Similarly the moisturiser is great. Simple and hydrating, not extortionate.
That Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator has not left my side since I purchased it. My current favourite spritz, without a doubt.
Context Vitamin C Eye Cream is a new one - still trialling.
Kat Burki Vital Hydration Face Mask is beyond gorgeous. Will review.
That Kate Somerville Mega-C Dual Radiance was great at getting rid of my summer pigmentation. It'll be back next year, but it's faded nicely for now.
Estee Lauder's Wake Up Balm is lovely. A grown-up, modernised version of Clarins Beauty Flash Balm. It's full of technological advances but suffice to say it gives you the glow you definitely did not wake up with...
Dr Dennis Gross Medi-Spa Peel is a great weekly treat for an acid with a kick, containing 15 acids. It's not cheap, but one pack should last four months.
Zelens Power C was helping with my post-holiday pigmentation, along with Kate Somerville above.
That little bottle of juicyness there on the left is a sample of May Lindstrom's new cleanser Pendulum Potion. More details to come in due course.
Bobbi Brown released Extra Repair Nourishing Milk in the cutest packaging - yes I know the packaging is not important, but LOOK.
NARS Velvet Lip Glides are semi-matte, give long-lasting colour and are smoother than Barry White. On counter now.
Cire Trudon's Christmas offering includes Gaspard, a sandalwood mandarin from my favourite candle brand that does not disappoint.
Tata's Purifying Cleanser is on rotation at the moment - nothing quite wakes the face up quite like it.
Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Cleansing Oil to destroy makeup followed by a good acid keeps the skin fresh as a daisy. :)
Bumped into this gorgeous beast in London - his name is Rusty, he looks like the Bear in the Big Blue House and his Instagram is here: www.instagram.com/the.honourable.rusty.greville
Support Stand Up 2 Cancer
That La Mer new Moisturising Soft Lotion is one of my favourites at the moment. Review coming (no really, I have a list).
Treated myself today by using Amanda Lacey's Cleansing Pomade - an oldie but a goodie. If it wasn't quite so expensive it would probably take precedent over Emma Hardie.
See you tomorrow! ;)
