Increases the level of ceramides in the skin, strengthening the skin barrier and reducing water loss whilst also helping to combat the natural decline of the skin's lipids (fats), which can lead to dry, flaky skin.
What is the skin barrier
Made up of the outermost layer of your skin, plus a combination of substances, the skin barrier is your body’s first line of defence, protecting you from the elements, environmental stressors and toxins and keeping your skin hydrated. If you have a damaged skin barrier, your skin can feel dry, tight, flaky, sore or look red and will lose water easily.

There is no difference in formulation apart from the inclusion of fragrance. Each product provides the same skin benefits.
Yes, The Rich Moisturiser does not contain any animal or animal-derived ingredients. Skin Rocks do not and never will test our products or ingredients on animals. Neither will we ask or allow any third parties to do so on our behalf. Our Founder says ‘animal testing can suck it!’
Our moisturiser packaging is completely recyclable. Once finished with your product, please rinse and recycle. Please check materials against local requirements.
