  4. “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
  1. How we will accept your order. We will send you an order confirmation when we have accepted your order at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
  2. Order cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Where we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund for the products you will not receive. Some reasons we may cancel an order include:
    a. the product is out of stock;
    b. your order is a multiple order of the same product (i.e. SKU)
    c. we have identified an error in the price or description of the product;
    d. we have reasonably grounds to suspect that the products are being ordered for commercial purposes or resale.
  3. Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
  2. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website. 
  1. Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website when you place your order.
  2. When we will provide the products. For orders placed before 2pm, we aim to dispatch these on the same day. Shipping times may vary based on your shipping destination and rate selected and the estimated delivery timescale will be displayed to you on our website when you place the order. During busy times, orders may take longer than usual to be dispatched; we will endeavour to notify you of this on the website before placing the order.   3. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for have not been despatched.
  4. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, you will receive a notification from the delivery company informing you of how to rearrange delivery.
  5. When you become responsible for the goods. A product (which is “goods”) will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
  6. When you own goods. You own the goods once we have received payment in full.

  1. You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing; and when you decide to end the contract. The following describes your rights to end the contract in specific circumstances:
    1. If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract;
    2. If you have just changed your mind about the product, see clause 6.3. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period, but this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods.

2. Changing your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). As a consumer, for most products bought online you have a right to change your mind as detailed below.
1. When consumers do not have a right to change their minds. Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of Products which are sealed with protecting wrapping or film for health protection or hygiene reasons that you have unsealed after delivery.
2. How long do you have to change your mind? Your right to change your mind lasts for 14 days. If your order is delivered in multiple deliveries over different days, the 14 day period starts from the day after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery.
3. Ending the contract where we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind. You can still end the contract before it is completed but you may have to pay costs.

    b. Online. Complete the contact us form on our website.
  2. Returning products after ending the contract.
    a. To return products after ending the contract, you must submit your return request here: https://skinrocks.com/apps/returns or contact our customer service team at store@skinrocks.com
    b. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
  3. Costs of return.
    a. We will pay the costs of return: 
    i. if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or 
    ii. if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
    b. In all other circumstances (including where you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
  4. Refunds If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
    1. When we may make deductions from refunds if you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
    3. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. 
    4. When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind then:

If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.     6. In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
    7. Cost and risk of delivery are assumed by the customer, particularly in cases where the product is returned due to personal preference or suitability.

  2. Please be aware. We list all the ingredients of each product. It is your responsibility to ensure to read this information carefully. You may have an allergy or a condition that may provoke a reaction to the ingredients.
  3. Packaging: We cannot guarantee that superficial damaging to the packaging will not occur in transit.  We assume no liability for such damage.
  1. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. See the box below for a summary of your key legal rights in relation to the products. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you are entitled to a refund.

  1. We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
  2. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  1. We reserve the right to modify, alter, terminate or discontinue such promotions at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
  2. Each live promotion will have its own set of Terms & Conditions which can be found below.
  3. Unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions for a specific promotion, discount/welcome/Loyalty codes cannot be combined or used alongside any other offer or discount. If you possess multiple promotional codes, it is your responsibility to select the promotional code that provides the greatest benefit to you.
  4. Gift-with-purchase items left in your shopping cart after a promotion has ended will become chargeable products. It is your responsibility to review your cart before checking out to ensure it reflects your intended purchase.
  5. When returning items that qualify for a gift with purchase (GWP), the gift must also be returned unused and in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund total.

  1. From the 7th February 2025 1pm GMT until further notice, verified Blue Light card holders will receive 15% off their order when they spend £40 or more.

Points and purchases

1. Your Skin Rocks account will be auto-enrolled to the programme (you can opt-out at any time).

Tier system

5. We also reward loyal accounts with our tier system;

  • Your account tier is General Admission status on creation;
  • To unlock Rockstar status, your account will need to accrue a minimum of 500 points within 12 months of becoming General Admission status;
  • To unlock VIP status, your account will need to accrue a minimum of 1000+ within 12 months of becoming Rockstar status.

6a. Please note a £10 minimum spend is required when redeeming the £5, £10 or £15 reward.

6c. *Free shipping restrictions: The free shipping promotion typically applies to standard shipping within the designated territories, unless expressly stated otherwise, when the Free Shipping reward requirements have been met. 

7.1 The Gift will align with the details provided in the communications you receive from Skin Rocks. If the Gift is meant to be a surprise, information about the Gift will not be disclosed until the Gift is delivered. 
  
7.2 The Gift is exclusive of delivery costs.
  
7.3 The Gift is subject to availability. Offers may have limited quantities available. They will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  
7.4 There is no cash alternative for the Gift and Skin Rocks reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a gift of equal or greater value. 
  
7.5 The Gift cannot be exchanged. 
  
7.6 In the event that any product(s) purchased as part of the qualifying transaction are returned and the qualifying transaction would therefore fall below the qualifying amount, the customer will be required to return the Gift in its original condition.

Participation

9. The Virtual Masterclass reward will be communicated to VIP-tier members. Participation will be virtual, and specific details, such as dates, times, and what you need to prepare, will be provided closer to the promotion.

10. The Digital Skincare Consultation reward will be communicated to VIP-tier members. Participation will be virtual, and specific details, such as available dates, and times, will be provided closer to the promotion.

11. Please note we may amend our tier programme from time to time so please check in for updates.

12. Points are unverified and will be approved 20 days after purchase at which point they will move to a verified status where you will see them in your account. Any pointsaccruedfrom purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.

13. Only one Reward can be used per order.

14. Points are redeemable online at www.skinrocks.com

15. Once you reach a redeemable number of points, qualifying Rewards will be made available for you to spend.

16. Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from the delivery charges.

17. When redeeming points, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given, unless the reward specifically relates to a free shipping reward.

18. Points are valid for 12 months, if you have not spent your accrued points in a 12-month period your point balance will be reset to 0 and any rewards accrued will be void.

19. You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, such as following us on social media.

20. Skin Rocks may transfer, cancel, withdraw, or alter points and benefits at any time, including these Terms and any Skin Rocks account, without notice. Points forpreviousorders will not be applied to the My Skin Rewards Loyalty Programme. The programme starts fresh from the moment you enrol.

21. Skin Rocks allocated every existing account 200 points at the point of launch. This cannot be altered.

22. By signing up for the My Skin Rewards programme you agree to receive emails from Skin Rocks. You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting the Account section of the website and updating your preferences. For further information relating to how we process and use your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy

23. By entering this programme, all participants will be deemed to have read, accepted, and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

24. We reserve the right to restrict access to Offers and cancel any order if we suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.

  1. The Skin Rocks Refer a Friend programme is available is ongoing until further notice, unless otherwise stated by Skin Rocks.
  2. Customers who are registered members of the My Skin Rewards loyalty programme are eligible to participate as referrers.
  3. Referrers will receive 1000 My Skin Rewards points (equivalent to £10) when a referred friend makes a first qualifying purchase over £50 using the referrer’s unique referral link.
  4. The referred friend will receive £10 off their first purchase over £50 when using the referrer’s unique referral link. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  5. Referral points (1000 points = £10) will be awarded to the referrer’s loyalty account only after the referred friend has made a qualifying purchase. Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  6. The referral points will be approved in the referrer's account after 14 days.
  7. This offer is valid for new customers only. Existing Skin Rocks customers cannot be referred and will not trigger referral rewards.
  8. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer unless otherwise communicated by Skin Rocks.
  9. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes or bundles unless specified.
  1. Subscriptions are set up by selecting “Subscribe and get free gifts” before adding a product to your cart.
  2. By placing a subscription order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions for the Skin Rocks Subscription Programme and authorise us to charge your selected payment method for future orders at the frequency and quantity you have chosen.
  3. The charge for each subscription order will be billed automatically to the credit or debit card used to create your account or otherwise designated by you when placing your subscription order.
  4. All subscription orders require a valid credit or debit card payment method.
  5. Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled.
  6. You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your Skin Rocks Account under “Manage Subscriptions.”
  7. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment may not take effect until after that order has been processed.
  8. No minimum subscription period applies.
  9. Delivery frequency differs depending on the product and can be modified anytime through your account.
  10. Free UK shipping applies to all subscription orders.
  11. You’ll receive a reminder email 5 days before your next order is processed.
  12. You can change your next delivery date, update, or swap products in your subscription anytime via your account.
  13. Free gifts are included with your 2nd, 5th, 7th, and 10th subscription orders.
  14. You’ll earn loyalty points on every subscription order; however, loyalty points cannot be redeemed against subscription payments.
  15. Returns of unopened products are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for further information.
  16. If you subscribe during a promotional period or using a discount code, the promotional price will apply only to your first subscription order. All subsequent orders will be charged at the regular price, unless otherwise stated.
  17. The actual cost of each order may vary depending on product prices, promotions, quantity, and shipment frequency at the time your order is processed.
  18. If you cancel and later reactivate your subscription, any prior discounts or benefits may no longer apply and will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of reactivation.
  19. Skin Rocks may, at its sole discretion, update or modify these Terms & Conditions (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements) at any time without prior notice.
  20. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
  21. Your continued participation in the Subscription Programme after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your subscription before your next order is processed.
  22. Subscriptions are subject to product availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable, Skin Rocks reserves the right to cancel your order or offer a suitable alternative.
  1. From Wednesday 5th November 2025 customers can create a Build Your Own Bundle of 3 or more unique products, up to a maximum of 6, and receive 10% off the total bundle price.

  1. Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms.
  2. If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  3. Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
  4. Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings if you are a consumer. These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

  4. An extra 5% off will apply when spend is over £100/€115/USD $135/AUD $210 (based on markdown prices, only products included in the offer will count towards the minimum spend threshold).
