Screening call
if your CV has been shortlisted, you will receive a short call from our People and Culture Manager.

Hiring Manager interview
successful candidates are bought into meet with the Hiring Manager (usually in person, but via Teams if needed).

Completion of a task
for some roles, we may ask for you to prepare a task.

Final round interview
an interview with another manager in the business, that will work closely with the role.

Offer
a verbal offer, followed by contract paperwork.
