Shipping policy
We are excited for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please take note of our shipping terms and exclusions.
ORDER FULFILMENT - Standard (UK only)
Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days of being placed and will be delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked service.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Please note that during Royal Mail strikes, it may take us longer than usual to deliver your order.
ORDER FULFILMENT - Express UK & Ireland
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday only).
Orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day/orders placed after 1pm will ship the following day (Monday to Friday only).
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
During especially busy periods, we may remove the UK Express shipping option.
*Orders placed before 1pm Friday will be shipped the same day with delivery expected within 1-2 days (UK) or 3-5 days (EU/international).
**Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be shipped Monday for delivery expected 1-2 days (UK) or 2-3 days (EU/international).
Carrier/customs charges will be communicated to you by your selected carrier. The speed in which this payment is made may impact your delivery. Charges will be communicated to you by your carrier and are outside of Skin Rocks’ control.
Orders are sent with a tracking link and require a signature at point of delivery. Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location.

VAT AND DUTIES
Tax rules vary from country to country; the price shown is dependent on the country you are ordering from. EU orders equal to or under €150, tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website.
If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control.
Important Notice for US Customers:
Due to recent changes in US import regulations, your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival, depending on your total order value. These charges are assessed by US Customs and are not included in the price you pay at checkout with us.
You will be responsible for any import fees incurred at delivery.
If you have any questions about potential charges, we recommend checking with the US Customs and Border Protection website before completing your purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment.
If you can’t track your delivery don’t worry, links may not become active until your order is in transit.
