Key ingredients

Tetrahydrodiferuloylmethane (THDFM) – An antioxidant that fades hyperpigmentation whilst defending the skin against free radical damage.

How to use

    How to Refill

    You’ve finished your product and received your Refill—what’s next?

    STEP 1.
    Unscrew the outer glass bottle, remove the lid and then untwist the existing inner Refill from the pump.

    STEP 2.
    Place the empty inner Refill bottle to one side and wash and dry your pump.

    STEP 3.
    Unscrew the lid on your new Refill, placing the lid to one side. Insert and tighten your new Refill bottle onto the clean pump, ensuring this is secure and tight enough that it doesn't move.

    STEP 4.
    Reattach the outer glass bottle.

    STEP 5.
    Wash, dry and recycle the empty inner Refill bottle and new refill cap as appropriate.

    FAQs

    Can I use The Hyperpigmentation Serum with the Retinoids?

    Yes. The Hyperpigmentation Serum specifically targets areas of uneven pigmentation and pairs perfectly with our Retinoid Serums. We recommend applying The Hyperpigmentation Serum daily in the AM and/or PM, and the retinoids 3-4 times a week in the PM. If using both serums in the PM, apply The Hyperpigmentation Serum first, followed by Retinoid 1 or 2.

    Can I use The Hyperpigmentation Serum alongside The Antioxidant?

    If hyperpigmentation is not a concern of yours, you only need The Antioxidant. If you have hyperpigmentation, you should absolutely be using both serums. We recommend using The Antioxidant in the morning for protection, and The Hyperpigmentation Serum in the evenings to target hyperpigmentation. However, if hyperpigmentation is your primary concern, we recommend using it twice a day in both the morning and evening, and applying it before The Antioxidant in the morning.

    Whilst both serums contain different forms of vitamin C, they are not just vitamin C serums; the overall formulations are designed for different purposes and have been designed to complement each other.

    What’s the difference between The Antioxidant and The Hyperpigmentation Serum?

    The Antioxidant is your daily protector and is a preventative skincare product which everyone needs in their routine. The Hyperpigmentation Serum is your targeted treatment product, specifically for those with hyperpigmentation.

    Will The Hyperpigmentation Serum fade my freckles?

    This serum has been designed to target dark marks, red marks and sun spots. Freckles are a form of melanin overproduction, so you may find that this serum temporarily softens their appearance, but it won't permanently remove them.

    Can I use this serum all year round?

    Yes, the Hyperpigmentation Serum can be used all year round. It’s important to note, however, that during the summer months, hyperpigmentation often becomes more prominent due to increased UV exposure, and hyperpigmentation can often get worse before it starts to fade, so you may see results more slowly when using during the summer than during the winter. To help prevent future hyperpigmentation from forming, we recommend using The Antioxidant and your sun protection in the mornings and The Hyperpigmentation Serum at night.
