Key ingredients

The Gel Cleanser:

Jojoba, argan and rosehip seed oils – Skin-softening emollients that help to nourish and hydrate, cleansing the skin whilst helping to replenish sebum levels to keep skin moisturised and protected.

Grape seed and avocado oils – Antioxidant-rich oils that help to protect the skin and strengthen the barrier whilst dissolving impurities.

Retinoid 1:

Hydroxypinacolone retinoate (HPR) – A gentle yet effective retinoid that targets fine lines, wrinkles, breakouts, skin texture and hyperpigmentation.

Bakuchiol and soybean extract – Retinoid boosters that help to bolster results whilst soothing and protecting the skin.

The Support Oil:

100% plant-derived pure olive squalane – Mimics the skin’s natural oils; conditioning the skin, supporting barrier function and maximising water retention.

Phytosterols, jojoba oil and macadamia seed oil esters – A botanically-sourced oil blend that supports skin barrier function by mimicking the lipid profile of a young adult, helping to improve skin firmness, elasticity and hydration.

The Moisturiser:

Pro-vitamin D3 – A skin-conditioning vitamin vital for promoting long-term skin health and supporting barrier function. 

Ceramides and 100% plant-derived olive squalane – Barrier-supporting lipids that help to maximise water retention and condition the skin.

The Gel Cleanser:

Our nourishing six-oil blend effortlessly breaks down makeup, SPF, impurities and daily grime to gently cleanse the skin without stripping its natural oils or leaving a greasy residue.

Retinoid 1:

Encourages the skin to renew itself and helps promote collagen and elastin production, whilst simultaneously conditioning to reveal a smooth, even complexion.

The Support Oil:

Cocoons the skin in nourishing, calming botanicals and actives to help reinforce the skin barrier and retain moisture.

The Moisturiser:

Reinforces and strengthens the skin barrier to help reduce water loss and promote long-term skin health.

    FAQs

    Is The Gel Cleanser a foaming cleanser? Will it strip my skin?

    No, The Gel Cleanser is oil-based and does not foam. The formula will transform from a gel to an oil when massaged into the skin, and then a milk if in contact with water. The Gel Cleanser, like all Skin Rocks cleansers in our Cleanse Category, will never strip the skin.

    Will The Gel Cleanser remove makeup and sun protection?

    Yes, The Gel Cleanser is oil-based and therefore works well to remove both SPF and makeup, including eye makeup. It can be used as your first and/or second cleanse, and can be used both AM and PM.

    Is Retinoid 1 ok to use on sensitive skin?

    Skin Rocks Retinoid 1 has been formulated for beginners, or those with concerns around sensitivity: those who have not used retinoids previously/have used low-strength retinoids irregularly in the past. Please wait at least 4 weeks for your skin to acclimatise to any product. We recommend using our retinoid products for at least 12 weeks before moving onto a higher strength.

    Can I use The Moisturiser in the AM and PM?

    Yes, The Moisturiser has been developed to be used as part of your AM and PM routine. Please follow with sun protection when using in the AM.

    Should you use The Support Oil before or after moisturiser?

    The Support Oil can be used alone, or applied before your normal moisturiser. We recommend allowing sufficient time for the product to fully absorb before applying your next product.

    How long will my PM Routine last?

    Your set will last at least two weeks with correct usage. Each mini product has been individually tested and contains at least 14 uses, with some products containing more. Since some of the products, such as Retinoid 1, are not designed for everyday use, these specific products are expected to last much longer than 2 weeks.

    Are the mini components recyclable?

    For all components, recycle caps and tube/jar/bottles together. Do not separate. Please check materials against local requirements .
