How it works

Increases the level of ceramides in the skin, strengthening the skin barrier and reducing water loss whilst also helping to combat the natural decline of the skin's lipids (fats), which can lead to dry, flaky skin.

What is the skin barrier?
Made up of the outermost layer of your skin, plus a combination of substances, the skin barrier is your body’s first line of defence, protecting you from the elements, environmental stressors and toxins and keeping your skin hydrated. If you have a damaged skin barrier, your skin can feel dry, tight, flaky, sore or look red and will lose water easily.

There is no difference in formulation apart from the inclusion of fragrance. Each product provides the same skin benefits.

What is the difference between The Rich Moisturiser and The Moisturiser?

Think of The Rich Moisturiser as The Moisturiser’s richer, older sister that gives your skin a little extra TLC and is formulated with dry skin in mind, whilst The Moisturiser is our go-to for all skin types.

Can I use The Rich Moisturiser in the AM and PM?

Yes, The Rich Moisturiser has been developed to be used as part of your AM and PM routine. In fact, its indulgent texture makes it particularly great for nighttime use. Please follow with sun protection when using in the AM.

Is The Rich Moisturiser suitable for sensitive skin?
