    Do you offer refund/returns?

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your Skin Rocks products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made via skinrocks.com. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, including products that have been opened and used. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, use Live Chat, or log into your account and select ‘return’ next to your order (you’ll need your order number beginning with #SR and your postcode). All returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you and, if approved, issue your refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 days.

    Can I use a discount code during CH Birthday Offer?

    Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.

    What is excluded from this promotion?

    Why can't I see my mystery gift in my cart?

    To qualify for the free gift, customers must add at least £120 / €150 / USD $170 / AUD $240 worth of products to their cart. Once the qualifying spend has been reached, the free gift widget will appear in the cart. Customers must manually select their free surprise gift, as it will not be added automatically.
